The Heritage: An Expandable Home Package With a Plan for Growth

The Heritage makes the Phase 4 concept easy to see. Phase 1 establishes the main house, while Phase 2 adds a garage and porch to provide more utility, storage, and covered outdoor space. When more living space is needed, Phase 3 adds two bedrooms and a second bath. Phase 4 completes the planned progression with a great room, providing additional space for gathering, entertaining, and everyday living.

The expansion phases show how the Heritage can grow; the materials you select determine much of how each phase will look, feel, and function.

Knowing where the Heritage can go tomorrow can help inform decisions made today. Foundation and construction options can be considered around the site and project requirements, while choices in roofing and siding, trim, and windows and patio doors allow you to shape the appearance, performance, natural light, and maintenance requirements of the home from the outset.

Thinking Beyond the Rooms to How You’ll Use Them

As the Heritage grows, the material choices inside can be planned around how those spaces will actually work. Additional bedrooms create an opportunity to incorporate custom closet and storage solutions designed around available space, with shelving, drawers, hanging areas, and other organizational features selected for the people who will use them.

The second bath added in Phase 3 creates another set of choices. Through Secor’s Kitchen & Bath Design Services, cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, surfaces, storage, and finishes can be considered together rather than as unrelated purchases. When the great room is added, mouldings and interior trim, doors, flooring, and other finish materials can help give the larger living space the character you want.

Secor can coordinate these selections with design, estimating, structural building materials, ordering, and delivery to develop a complete Heritage home material package around your project.
